13th Annual National Mentoring Summit

In January of 2023, the Education and Youth Development team at the Austin Area Urban League (where I served as the Director) and Justice and Advocacy colleagues went to the National Mentoring Summit by MENTOR.

I attended sessions such as "5 Ways to Diversify Your Funding," " Cultivating a Culture that Reduces Burnout and Increases Staff Retention through Strength Based Approach," and "Mentoring Support for Students who Appear to have 'Low Academic' Performance."
